Connection Leadership has a dedicated contact for all questions relating to the accessibility of training courses for people with disabilities<\/span> –Betsy Parayil – betsy@connectionleadership.com or 01 87 20 25 30<\/span> – in the case of people with disabilities requiring specific compensation<\/span> during the training courses provided by the training organization.<\/span><\/p>\n

CARE<\/strong> PROCEDURE :<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Connection Leadership sends participants a questionnaire outlining their specific needs and expectations;<\/li>\n
  • Connection Leadership’s reading and consideration of specific needs and expectations ;<\/li>\n
  • In the event that a disability, incapacitating disease, dietary specificity, etc. is expressed in the answers to the upstream questionnaire, Connection Leadership will organize a meeting between the trainee(s) concerned and Connection Leadership \/ the disability referent in order to define the specific needs of the trainee(s), individually and confidentially;<\/li>\n
  • The disability advisor, Betsy Parayil, ensures that the organizational, material and\/or human aspects of the training program can be accommodated\/compensated\/adapted; <\/li>\n
  • The disability referent informs the trainer of the measures in place for the trainee(s) concerned;<\/li>\n
  • The disability advisor provides personalized follow-up before\/during\/after the training to ensure that the needs of the trainee(s) are appropriate and, if necessary, to adapt the measures put in place. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    REMINDER OF THE MISSIONS OF THE DISABILITY REFERENT:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    • Support the management and implementation of the training center’s commitment to progress in developing the accessibility of training courses; <\/li>\n
    • Support and develop the pedagogical team’s commitment to making the training center accessible;<\/li>\n
    • Developing resources and know-how to promote training for people with disabilities;<\/li>\n
    • Promote communication on the accessibility of the training center to the public and partners;<\/li>\n
    • Encourage the identification of people with disabilities right from the induction phase, and ensure communication on the possibilities for adapting training methods;<\/li>\n
    • Ensure equal treatment at all stages of the training process (recruitment, selection, positioning, in-company and on-the-job training, validation tests);<\/li>\n
    • Support the accessibility of training courses and make proposals to improve it by identifying basic equipment, more accessible teaching methods, etc. … ;<\/li>\n
    • Capitalize on and disseminate best practices within the training center;<\/li>\n
    • Know how to mobilize disability compensation support systems and services during training and guarantee their implementation until the end of the training course;<\/li>\n
    • Create, develop and rely on a network of external partners (career advisors, specialist disability partners, CRFH, etc.) to adapt training courses where necessary;<\/li>\n
    • Anticipate the end of training by guaranteeing the transmission to partners of data promoting access to employment for people with disabilities;<\/li>\n
