As a French-American Coach, Betsy worked in director-level positions in private education companies before creating a first level of service for leaders and executive committees in 2014.

Her social innovation laboratory approach is based on leadership, collective intelligence and mindfulness.

Patrick Hoffstetter

Patrick Hoffstetter, Co-Founder

For 30 years Patrick held various senior positions in both large groups (SNCF, SFR, Lastminute.com) and within GAFA (Yahoo) and startups.

Today he is a recognized expert in the domain of digital transformation and new digital and economic ecosystems.

Together, Betsy and Patrick have developed a holistic approach to the transformation of organizations, based on the development of strategic subjects and also by generating the support and contribution of each team member.
