Coach Franco-American, she held management positions in private training groups before creating in 2014 a service for leaders and management committees.

Her social innovation laboratory approach is based on leadership, collective intelligence and mindfulness.

Patrick Hoffstetter

Patrick Hoffstetter, Co-Founder

For 30 years he held various senior positions in both large international groups and within GAFA and startups.

Today he is a recognized expert in the world of digital transformation and new digital and economic ecosystems.

Together they have developed a holistic approach to Company transformation, based on mastering of strategic issues and on the support and contribution of each employee.
