Implement and lead your ecological transition action using cooperation and collective intelligence.

Pedagogical objectives

At the end of the training course, trainees will be able to cooperate more effectively with stakeholders and employees to strengthen their company’s ecological transition project.
The training will enable them to :

  • Understanding the different modes of collaboration and cooperation
  • Learn the basics of Nonviolent Communication (NVC)
  • Define the roles of each stakeholder
  • Know and use decision-making methods
  • Use collective intelligence and facilitation tools
  • Cooperating with stakeholders
  • Using theco-development tool

An ecological transition project impacts stakeholders both inside and outside the company.
It is therefore important to know how best to cooperate with these other players.

Teaching method: learning-based teaching with alternating interactive activities and case studies using the group’s collective intelligence, content input by the trainer and company work (for inter-company courses).

Monitoring and assessment

Pre-course needs questionnaire and learning assessment quiz to better understand the audience’s level and expectations.

Assessment of knowledge through a Quiz at the end of the course.
