Training objectives

Raise awareness and support in-house executives and managers in defining an Ecological Transition project and formalizing the company’s Ecological Transition action plan.

Pedagogical objectives

At the end of this training course, trainees will have understood climate and environmental issues and will have initiated an ecological transition project with an action plan (specific to each company) that they can pursue independently. They will be able to : 

  • Understand the general causes and consequences of climate change
  • Integrate a systemic vision of all ecological and social issues through the concept of planetary limits and sustainable development objectives.
  • Explain the definition of ecological transition
  • Contextualize the challenges and levers of the ecological transition for each company among the 6 challenges of the ecological transition for industry.
  • Identify action levers
  • Define an ecological transition action plan specific to each company

Teaching method: learning-based teaching with alternating interactive activities drawing on the group’s collective intelligence, content input by the trainer, and work sessions grouping participants by company (for inter-company sessions).

  • 1 video projector or TV screen
  • 2 paper boards

Specialist in Ecological Transition, experienced animator of the Fresque du Climat, trained in facilitation and management of collective intelligence, specialist in supporting business transformation.

Monitoring and assessment

Pre-course needs questionnaire and learning assessment quiz to better understand the audience’s level and expectations.

Follow-up and support for participants during case studies, exercises, role-playing and in-session tests.

Assessment of knowledge through a Quiz at the end of the course.
