Training program content

Day 1 - CSR diagnosis and priority issues

A technical section on the first day, covering the methodology required to identify a company’s priority CSR issues (customized CSR reference framework, interviews with internal and external stakeholders, materiality analysis).

Day 2 - CSR vision/mission and action plan

A second crucial part, enabling the company to define its vision and mission (requiring approval from the CODIR/COMEX), thus setting a “course” for the company: what it wants to create for the world, for society.
Definition of a CSR action plan to achieve this goal (practical workshop).

Day 3 - Indicators, reporting and internal and external communication

With a view to continuous improvement, part 3 is devoted to identifying the key indicators to be monitored for reporting purposes (CSRD compliance), and to “responsible” communication (guidelines and recommendations on responsible communication: environmental claims, ARPP recommendations, etc.).

Day 4 - Change management and team commitment

One last and most useful part of a CSR approach: getting your teams on board independently.
This is what we call commitment.
Theoretical sharing on change, support for change, obstacles to SD/CSR, how the brain works, the theory of commitment, application to environmental and social issues, inspiring practices in mobilization, handling objections, collective workshops to find solutions (flash CODEV).

Coaching workshops

Between each training day, participants will be asked to carry out inter-session work (e.g. CSR diagnosis, action plan, etc.).
A 1h30 workshop will be offered individually to each participating company to support and assist them.
