Betsy Parayil

Betsy is originally from the United States, graduated with Bachelor and Masters degrees in literature from Wheaton College (Chicago) and the Sorbonne Nouvelle (Paris) and is certified by the Centre International du Coach and the Playground Leadership School. She has undertaken a Master’s degree in mindfulness research at Lesley University (Boston).

Established in France for over 19 years, she has spent her entire career in higher education and professional training, as a university education teacher then as the director of several training centers in service of large private education groups in France.

For the past 6 years she has worked as an executive coach, with a unique approach based on leadership, collective intelligence and mindfulness. With her ability to create unique collaborative synergies, she partnered with Patrick Hoffstetter to support cultural and business transformation in organizations.

Patrick Hoffstetter

Patrick, a graduate of HEC, began his career in New York, where he worked for Rail Europe Group, a subsidiary of SNCF. He returned to Europe to take on the role of Director of Development for Eurostar, before taking on the role of Director of International Strategy for SNCF.

In 2000, Patrick entered the world of high-tech, joining SFR as Director of Marketing.

He then joined Yahoo Europe where he was in charge of Products and Services from 2005 to 2007. Patrick later became CEO France and then Vice President Europe of Lastminute.com.

He joined Renault in 2011 to become the first Chief Digital Officer and founded the “eG10” (CAC40 CDO club). At the end of 2016, he created his support structure for start-ups and companies.

In 2018, he partnered with Betsy Parayil to design and deliver a holistic approach to business and cultural transformation for their clients at Connection Leadership, the firm they co-founded.

Alexandre Cornu

After graduating from Neoma Business School in 2013, Alexandre co-founded a startup for wellness at work to prevent physical and mental ailments of employees.

In 2016 he co-founded Octomine, a second startup, which provides a fine-grained, real-time diagnosis of the state of mind of employees, and guides the company to prioritize actions to improve the engagement of the troops.

In 2020, he became the sales director of Beedeez, a mobile training startup where he assisted major accounts with their digital training.

At the beginning of 2022, he began a reconversion in the ecological transition and trained in the animation of workshops – collective intelligence, Climate Fresco, 2Tons Workshop – to then structure the Climate Leadership Department within Connection Leadership with experts on climate and CSR issues. Climate Leadership’s DNA is modeled on Connection Leadership’s: to accompany change through technical and, above all, human expertise.

Jean-Pierre Huchet

A graduate of Centrale Supelec, Jean-Pierre has more than 30 years of experience in IT within the RENAULT Group.

He began his career in IT production support and infrastructure project management. He then became head of the SAP competence center of the RENAULT group, then head of the IT Research & Development departments.

In 2014, he took charge of the Helios program to overhaul the Renault group’s digital platforms. Then he became CTO then program director in the Digital Factory of RENAULT.

In 2016, he took over as head of digital production, then became Product Owner of the RENAULT Datalake at RENAULT Digital.
In 2019, he took on the role of Data Evangelist at Renault Digital.

Jean-Pierre accompanies companies and organizations in their digital transformation with a recognized expertise on Data. Its mission is to democratize Data in companies by helping you build your Data-oriented organization and train your “Data Citizen”.

Stefan de Lavergne

tefan de Lavergne is an expert in accompanying organizational transformations. Project manager and responsible for several programs with international organisations including The World Bank, Stefan graduated from École Polytechnique with a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Computer Engineering, and from the University of California, Berkeley, with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

He co-founded several innovative companies: Totem, convenience stores for responsible products within offices ; and Mainpaces, an executive coaching program integrating body and mind to develop individual potential. He developed strong leadership, organizational development, and facilitating skills, and is now dedicated to fostering alignment and driving results in complex environments such as international organisations.

Kaouther Lemkecher

Trilingual (French, English, Arabic) and with solid experience in technical and multicultural environments, Kaouther ensures the smooth operational running of the projects and teams she supports.

She takes a rigorous and reliable approach to all administrative and organizational aspects: managing calls for tender, monitoring files, coordinating meetings, drafting minutes, reporting and planning schedules. She ensures smooth exchanges between management, project teams and external service providers.

Trained in philosophy and foreign languages and civilizations (DEA and Master’s degrees), Kaouther puts her culture of precision, attention to detail and analytical skills to good use in demanding contexts. She has worked in a wide variety of structures – architectural agencies, design offices, associations, survey institutes – where she has demonstrated great adaptability.

Autonomous, committed and with excellent interpersonal skills, she is recognized for her ability to anticipate needs, structure processes and foster cooperation between stakeholders. On a day-to-day basis, she contributes to creating the conditions for a fluid, reliable and serene organization.

Kaouther Lemkecher

Frédéric Bonnard

A graduate of Supelec, Frédéric started his career at Intel in Europe before spending 10 years in California as a product manager in the software and web industry in companies such as NeXT, Apple (on the future MacOSX) or Netscape (on web servers).

Back in Europe in 2001, he joined several start-ups in the field of web hosting, LBS (location-based services) and online video as marketing director or general manager.

After 4 years spent managing Software AG in France, he joined SoftAtHome from its creation in 2008, as VP Marketing to develop digital home offers for telephone operators. From 2012, Frédéric Bonnard became director of new media at France Médias Monde where he managed digital offers, development, operation, external platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Twitter), marketing, resources, syndication and new entries for the France 24, RFI and MCD brands.

Frédéric also introduced mindfulness programs to the digital direction of France Télévisions. Today, he is a graduate coach from HEC and an emotional intelligence specialist for Connection Leadership.

Anick Hamon

Anick began her career as a translator, then as a writer and host for Radio France, before pursuing an MBA.

After her MBA, Anick worked for 25 years in the creation, management, and transformation of teams and projects, in France and internationally, within the Singaporean hotel group The Ascott Limited (Citadines, La Clé brands). 20 years in Operations as director of establishments, then of regions (Belgium, Spain), then 5 years at the head office to lead through new challenges: creating, managing and empowering three key departments in Europe: Purchasing, Service Excellence, and the Training Department.

During these missions Anick successfully created tailor-made programs to support change management, service excellence, team motivation and the transformation of “mindsets” …

Anick is now a certified professional coach, motivational neuroscience trainer and co-development facilitator. With Connection Leadership, she supports individuals and companies in change, to transform their constraints into performance drivers.

Jean-Christophe began his career in France as a financial analyst for Allianz Trade. In 2000, he joined the French executive committee in charge of international development and organization. In 2007, he was appointed head of the group’s Moroccan subsidiaries.

In 2012, he joined the COFACE group’s regional management, as sales and marketing director for the MENEA region covering 38 countries. In 2015, he was appointed Managing Director Africa, based in Casablanca. There, he set up the group’s insurance and services company and steered activities in Africa (14 countries).

In 2018, he returned to Paris to head the COFACE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS division, in charge of global programs for multinational accounts headquartered in Western Europe.

Jean-Christophe is a member of the Connection Leadership team, with whom he shares the same human and holistic vision of business and cultural transformation, offering international consulting, coaching and training services in fields as varied as insurance, banking and start-up consulting for boards and managers.

Jan F. Kluge

An expert in strategy and business development, Jan F. Kluge is a seasoned leader in the transformation of marketing, sales and digital functions within international companies. With a solid background in innovation management and market expansion, he has held strategic management positions in the telecommunications, new technologies, digital and aerospace sectors.

With several years’ experience in interim management and strategic coaching, he has led digital transformation projects, piloted business units and overseen high-impact product launches. His expertise covers performance auditing, optimization of marketing strategies, implementation of business development plans and digitalization of sales and CRM processes.

Founder of KJF Advisor, he supports companies in their growth and transformation, acting as CCO, CMO, CSO or Business Unit Director on interim assignments. His approach is based on a global vision of B2B and B2C markets, with an ability to adapt to multicultural and international environments.

An agile, results-oriented leader, he contributes to the performance of organizations with proven expertise in market strategy, digital transformation and talent management.

Pierre Nicolas Patouillard

Pierre-Nicolas, a graduate of HEC and École Centrale Paris, began his career in the automotive industry with Stellantis, where he oversaw the development of the Swiss and Austrian markets. He then moved on to strategy and technology consulting at Arthur Andersen and then Headstrong, where he specialized in post-merger integration and the turnaround of CRM projects.

In 2007, he joined Société Générale and successively took charge of SG Consulting, SG Assurances Transformation, then Innovation within International Banking and Specialized Financial Services. He structures innovation on several continents, pilots over 30 innovation projects a year, and contributes to strategic equity investments in Skaleet, Reezocar and Treezor. A specialist in startup/big group relations, he has led numerous collaborative projects, which he studied as part of his doctoral thesis at Dauphine.

In 2019, CEO France of European startup studio Creative Dock, he launches ventures in healthcare, finance and mobility. He then continues in education with 01 Edu, piloting the launch of an inclusive coding and AI school.

In 2022, he joined KPMG Advisory as Director of Financial Services, where he created a new activity and structured a strategic partnership between KPMG, BNP Paribas and a fintech to simplify access to public aid for SMEs and ETIs.
He assists AI startups (Oky Doky, HyprView…) as well as cleantech and healthtech companies with their development and financing.

At the same time, Pierre-Nicolas teaches at Dauphine, Forward College and CentraleSupélec (innovation and sustainable development) and lectures for Finance Innovation and Option Finance. Passionate about innovation, he conducts experiments in AI applied to education and entrepreneurship.
