Training objectives

At the end of this training course, learners will be able to apply a simple and effective methodology to collectively solve problems in their working environment. They will also be able to lead and unite a team around problem-solving, and use problem-solving methods as levers for the continuous improvement of their activity or department.

Analyze the problem

    • Pareto chart
