Define, describe and formalize the role of ecological transition referent.

Pedagogical objectives

At the end of the course, trainees will be able to :

  • Identify and recognize the challenges and levers specific to the industry among the more global challenges of ecological transitions.
  • Identify and analyze your company’s practices in terms of ecological transition at the time of training, and propose an assessment based on a practical case. 
  • Establish and begin to experiment with the posture of ecological transition referent
  • Recognizing the Bilan Carbone method and environmental self-diagnosis tools
  • Define concrete actions to be taken in their role as referent
  • Identify stakeholders and resources to be mobilized
  • List the various stages involved in drawing up, implementing and monitoring their company’s ecological transition action plan
  • Identify measurement indicators based on the issues at stake
  • Recognize the impact of the action plan on jobs and skills

Teaching method: learning-based teaching with alternating interactive activities and case studies using the group’s collective intelligence, content input by the trainer and company work.
