  • Use animation tools and methods to bring the ecological transition project to life (launch, mobilization, follow-up)
  • Analyze the evolution of the action plan, remobilize internal and external players, and develop the action plan to keep the project alive over the long term.

Analyze the problem
  • Speak with data” information presentation:
    • Pareto chart
    • Frequency-time diagram
    • Histogram
    • The scatter diagram
  • Use various analysis tools to identify the causes of the problem:
    • The cause tree
    • The cause-effect diagram or Ishikawa diagram
    • The 5 whys
  • Differentiate between possible cause, probable cause and root cause
  • Root cause selection
  • Measure the impact of each cause to prioritize work
