  • Fully play their role as ecological transition referent, including the investment dimension

  • Put these models into practice and experiment with them in the context of your company, to enrich your ecological transition project and your investment action plan.
  • Identify specific indicators
Stakeholders
  • Identify external stakeholders: suppliers, social partners, local partners… and their contribution to the company’s ecological transition project.
Skills and employment
  • To know the methodology of diagnosis ecological transition competence
  • Experiment with a rapid diagnosis of ecological transition skills
Summary and conclusion
  • Project yourself into the future to put what you’ve learned into practice

Pedagogical methods

Pedagogical tools used :

  • OPCO 2i Observatory: Impact of the ecological transition on industry trades and skills

Teaching method: learning-based pedagogy with alternating interactive activities using the group ‘s collective intelligence , content input by the trainer, and work sessions grouping participants by company (for inter-company training).

  • 1 video projector or TV screen
  • 2 paper boards

Monitoring and assessment

Pre-course needs questionnaire and learning assessment quiz to better understand the audience’s level and expectations.
