Training program content

Part 1 - Sustainable development, its challenges and objectives

Find out about the commitment of international players since the 70s, define sustainable development, sustainable development objectives and major international benchmarks.

Part 2 - The reason for the players' commitment

Understanding the positions and expectations of different stakeholders (governments, shareholders, civil society, consumers, employees, etc.).
Synthesis exercise on the risks and opportunities of a company’s commitment to CSR.

Part 3 - Innovations and the creation of shared value

Discovering the evolution of business models (from mitigation to regeneration), benchmarking inspiring initiatives from committed companies (on social, societal, environmental and business issues).

Part 4 - Structuring a CSR approach

Introduction to the implementation of an approach: diagnosis, vision/mission, action plan, follow-up and valorization.
Sharing of CSR labels and standards.
Flash self-diagnosis to share individual and collective needs.

  • Sharing the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals)
  • Methodology (structuring the CSR approach)
  • ISO 26000 standard
  • CSR self-diagnosis (Afnor)

Teaching method: learning-based pedagogy with alternating interactive activities, using the collective intelligence of the group, content input by the trainer, and company work.

Technical resources:

  • 1 training room with the possibility of several islands of tables (to encourage sub-group exchanges)
  • 1 overhead projector or screen
  • 2 paper boards

Senior CSR Consultant and Trainer, trained in facilitation and collective intelligence management, specialist in business transformation and change management.

Monitoring and assessment

Pre-course needs questionnaire and learning assessment quiz to better understand the audience’s level and expectations.

Follow-up and support for participants during case studies, exercises, role-playing and in-session tests.

Assessment of knowledge through a Quiz at the end of the course.
